Nestled between a few other beverage options, Sharetea and QED Coffee, the arrival of URL Coffee in a shiny new space off Broadway and James looks to help change that. Owners Zoey Jung and Ethan Choi are bringing the Korean coffee tradition to Seattle with a focus on brewing techniques. Expect exceptionally slow-dripped cold brew from a Yama Cold Brew Tower, beans from Portland’s rapidly expanding Coava Roasters and a forthcoming brunch service.
