That all changes starting today as Ethan Stowell & team open the curtain on fine dining Staple & Fancy. Per Instagram, the current focus is on applewood grilled wagyu steaks. If you are comfortable dining indoors, grab a reservation, as the establishment will have limited seating beginning daily at 4 Wednesday through Sunday. The restaurant group has been quick to dole out comforting take-out dishes like chicken parmesan sandwiches and tacos in pop-up style environs during stay at home orders. The group has also recently revealed plans for the expansion of many popular brands, including the Tavolata name into Spokane, WA and How To Cook A Wolf into Madison Park.
